Love the product! My daughter is taking art classes and this was a great way to introduce her to the Masters. The quality of the materials is first rate from the paper to the pastels. We really enjoyed reading the biography of van Gogh together( I learned a few things I did not know, too!) and it generated some discussion about artists and their works. The instructions are very well written and fun to read, also. The lasting impression was strong since we have seen other products (fabric) and imagery (cupcakes and swirled colors) that makes a connection back to The Starry Night masterpiece. A fantastic product and worth it!

My two girls (2 and 5) spent the afternoon on Starry Night. It turned out to be a beautiful piece of art that we immediately framed. What a brilliant design! We received so many compliments on it that I have started to use the kits as my "go-to gift" for birthdays. Unique, smart, artistic and easily managed by kids. And the parents have something at the end of it to hang on the wall.

After my 7 year old created his own "Starry Night," I thought two things 1) there is no way that I could ever have achieved a result like this on my own and 2) I want to do one myself!
It's clear that the creators of this kit are gifted thinkers and designers ... the process is simple (and the instructions whimsical and fun); the stencil, paint and pastels excellent quality; and the result something to treasure.
We will purchase other "kitz."

I love this "Starry Night" Master Kitz! Although this fun and creative art concept is perfect for kids I thought I would try it myself. I had a fabulous time letting my artistic side come out to create and play! The directions are easy to follow. There is just the right amount of guidance. And, I think most importantly, there is wonderful room for artistic individuality and flare. The kids may enjoy it all they want but I think take a half a dozen (or more) Mater Kitz, add some snacks, some wine, and some friends and you've got all the makings of a fun filled, creative, girls night in.......with the added bonus of having art suitable for framing. Why should the kids have all the fun?
